FRAUKE UNRUH stands for driving electronic music somewhere between techno and house – sometimes playful and light, sometimes straight and uncompromising, sometimes trippy and hypnotic, sometimes warm and melodic. And sometimes, someone even sings.
She played her first DJ set at Fusion Festival in 2001. What started there took her to dance floors in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg. Frauke Unruh’s sets thrive on contrast and movement. She likes it when tracks interact, moods shift, and something new emerges in the moment.
